Performer, Dancer, Yogi, Educator, Nature lover, Free Spirit, gypsy.

I’m a head-standing, dancing, singing, wine lovin’, chocolate obsessed performer and teacher.
For the past 15 years I have been touring with some of the biggest shows in Australia including ‘Mamma Mia’, ‘Hair’, ‘Wicked’, ‘Dusty’, ‘Annie’, ‘Dr Zhivago’, ‘West Side Story’, and ‘Fiddler on the Roof’.
In 2012 I suffered from Anxiety and Depression. During this time I found Yoga and Meditation and it changed my world.
I now know how important it is to prioritise my mental health and so I have woven this into my training for many years. My passion is in sharing my love of Yoga and Dance and to help people create
healthy, creative, inspired lives.

As I am often on the road touring with Musicals, I’m not always in the one place. So I have brought my studio online so you can access it 24/7, from wherever you want, whenever you want.
