Welcome to Omunay. I’m so excited to have you join the community. Now that you are a member, here is a little guide into how the Omunay membership site works so you can get the most out of it. Every month there is a new theme and challenge. I am always up for class suggestions, so please do not hesitate to write to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I want to know what classes motivate and inspire you and what you want more of! Enjoy your journey!
HOW TO LOG IN
Log in above. From here you can access the Membership content by either clicking on the button ‘Members Home Page’ or simply use the right hand side bar which will now allow you to access the ‘Move’, ‘Breathe’, ‘Inspire’ and ‘Challenge’ sections.
In the Move section you will find a selection of movement based classes. There are a variety of levels and durations to choose from. Classes include:

In the Breathe section explore a variety of classes that explore the breath and calm the mind:
PRANAYAMA (Breath work)
The Inspire page is your go to when you are looking for inspiration and motivation. Each month we explore a theme with new and featured classes, a blog, challenges, and inspiration! Check it out!
